Saleha Khan’s journey moved from media and modeling in Pakistan to healing and transformation, and now back to the camera with deeper purpose. She believes visibility is not about beauty, but about voice, resilience, and inspiring women to know that there is no expiration date on reinvention.
Your past does not limit your future.
Your journey spans media, entrepreneurship, healing, and now modeling. What connects all these seemingly different paths?
For people who know me only today, it may seem like I have taken many different paths. But the truth is, media and modeling were where my journey began. Before becoming a healer, I was already working as a model, host, actor, and social media personality in Pakistan. I built an audience, and being in front of the camera always felt natural to me.When I got married and became a mother, I chose to step away and devote myself to my family. Later, life brought me through experiences that led me into healing. That chapter was not a career change. It was a personal transformation that gave me a deeper understanding of people, resilience, and purpose.
Today, as I step back into modeling and media, I do not see it as starting over. I see it as coming home with more wisdom, more life experience, and a much stronger sense of who I am. The common thread has always been communication, human connection, and inspiring others. Whether I am in front of a camera or supporting someone through healing, my purpose has been to make people feel seen, empowered, and hopeful.
You describe Dubai as the place where you felt safe for the first time. How did that safety allow you to rebuild your life?
Safety is much more than having a roof over your head. It is knowing that your voice matters, that your rights are protected, and that you have the freedom to rebuild your life with dignity.
Dubai became that place for me. It gave me the opportunity to start again during one of the most challenging periods of my life. Instead of living in fear, I was able to focus on healing, raising my children, rebuilding my career, and rediscovering the woman I had always been.I truly believe that when a woman feels safe, she begins to dream again. She starts investing in herself, taking opportunities, building businesses, and contributing to society. Safety gives a woman the confidence to become her most authentic self.
You work as a healer and psychic medium. How has your own healing journey shaped the way you support others?
My healing journey changed me from the inside out. Like many people, I have experienced heartbreak, loss, uncertainty, and moments where I had to rebuild my life from the ground up. Those experiences taught me that healing is not about becoming someone else. It is about finding your way back to yourself.
Because I have walked through difficult seasons myself, I meet people with empathy, not judgment. I understand what it feels like to feel lost, and I also know that transformation is possible when someone is willing to do the inner work.As a healer and psychic medium, my role is not to tell people what to do. My role is to help them gain clarity, reconnect with their own intuition, and see possibilities they may not have been able to see on their own. I believe every person already has the answers within them. Sometimes they just need guidance to uncover them.
For you, modeling is about visibility, not beauty. What is the difference?
Beauty is subjective and changes with trends and time. Visibility is about having a voice, representing something meaningful, and using your presence to inspire others.
I have been in front of the camera before, so returning to modeling feels like reconnecting with a part of myself that was always there. The difference now is that I bring life experience with me. I am not chasing validation. I am embracing purpose.I want people, especially women, to see that confidence does not come from looking perfect. It comes from overcoming challenges, believing in yourself, and showing up authentically. If my journey encourages even one woman to stop hiding because she thinks she is too old or too late, then my visibility has served a purpose. Modeling is a platform to represent resilience, confidence, reinvention, and authenticity.
There is no expiration date on reinvention, confidence, or success. Who do you hope hears this now?
I hope every woman who feels she is too late hears this message. Whether you have gone through divorce, lost a career, faced heartbreak, or simply feel like life has taken an unexpected turn, your story is not over.There is no expiration date on confidence, purpose, or success. You are never too old, and it is never too late to become the person you have always wanted to be. Sometimes the most extraordinary chapter of your life begins after the chapter you thought would define you forever.
Where does your resilience come from?
I believe resilience is not something you are born with. It is something you build through life’s challenges. Every obstacle I have faced has taught me that I always have a choice: I can stay where I am, or I can keep moving forward. I have chosen to keep moving.
My resilience comes from my faith, my purpose, and my children. They remind me every day why I continue to grow, no matter how difficult life becomes. To someone who feels they have run out of strength, I would say this: do not measure your progress by how fast you are moving. Sometimes, simply choosing not to give up is the greatest act of courage. One small step forward is still progress.
How do you use your platform to inspire women?
I use my platform as a space where women can see possibility, not perfection. I believe people do not connect with a flawless image. They connect with honesty, growth, and a real journey.Through my content, healing work, and personal story, I want to remind women that they are allowed to evolve. You are allowed to change, to start again, to discover new versions of yourself, and to create a life that feels aligned with who you truly are.A big part of my message is helping women reconnect with their confidence and inner power. So many women spend years taking care of others, putting their dreams aside, or questioning their own worth. I want them to remember that their identity is much bigger than the roles they play for others.
